Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options depending on the product and location.

Free Curbside Delivery (Canada & USA)
We offer free standard shipping across Canada and the United States. This is our default delivery method and includes curbside delivery (to your driveway or curb).
Threshold Delivery (Where Available)
Delivery to a porch, garage, or sheltered area.
White Glove Delivery (Where Available)
Includes delivery into your room of choice, minor assembly (if applicable), and removal of packaging materials.

If you select an upgraded shipping option, our team may follow up with additional details after your order is placed.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
Estimated Transit Time: 5–7 business days

All delivery dates provided are estimates only and are given in good faith. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, or high demand).
