Return and Refund Policy

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@solarecostore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include the proof of purchase, and a completed Return Form.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Cancellations (Before Order Ships): If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can process a full refund before your order leaves our warehouse. Cancellations of Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are produced specifically for your order. These units are custom-made to your specifications and begin production upon your order. Your warranty ensures a fully functional and operational product. If you are unsure whether your order is custom or made to order, please contact us for clarification. All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so, with shipping costs being your responsibility throughout the returns and exchange processes.

Customer Remorse: In the case of returns due to customer remorse, customers are required to pay the actual cost of shipping along with a 25% stocking fee.

Defective Products: For defective or damaged products, we will not charge any fees for return or exchange.

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product. If the product is defective or damaged, we will not charge any fees for return or exchange.

Shipping Times:

We are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on the product pages. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days. However, order delays beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times.

Please Read the Following: When making a purchase from Solar Eco Store, you acknowledge the following in the Exchange Agreement:

  • You understand the importance of inspecting the package upon delivery and noting any damage, providing photos to Solar Eco Store within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You accept responsibility for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product when seeking a refund or exchange.
  • You understand that products must be returned unopened and unused, and additional restocking fees may apply.
  • If your order has left the warehouse, you are unable to receive a full refund.
  • If you return your order after it has shipped, you will be responsible for paying return shipping fees and restocking fees, typically around 25%.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your items upon arrival. If you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery. If your items arrive damaged, send photos of the damage, box, SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to info@solarecostore.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. For freight damage, photos and videos must be sent within 24 hours of arrival, or the claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty:

Warranties vary by manufacturer; please refer to individual product pages for details. It's important to note that warranty claims cover damages occurring over time and from use. If an item arrives damaged and is not reported within 30 days, it is not considered a warranty claim.

Chargebacks:

Our dedicated team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have designed our policies to be as fair as possible and believe they are among the best in the industry. We are committed to providing the best resolution for your concerns. If you encounter any issues with your order or product, please contact us for assistance instead of filing a fraudulent chargeback.
